Semi Zabala is a power semiconductor company dedicated to the design, manufacture, qualification and marketing of semiconductor devices and circuits for use in power electronics for High Reliability and High Performance applications using new technologies. We have a specific emphasis on tolerance and hardness to radiation effects in High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMTs) made from Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology for space-borne power electronic applications.
