Anthony G.P Marini

Chief Power Technologist

Anthony G.P. (Tony) Marini is the chief power technologist at Semi Zabala, San Sebastian, Basque Country, Spain. Tony is based in Massachusetts, USA.

He has over 45 years of industry experience in microelectronics, power circuits, analog circuits, digital circuits and semiconductor devices. Additionally, Tony has over 15 years of experience designing high-performance power circuits utilizing GaN and GaAs wide-bandgap power devices, and he has designed numerous rad-hard components and circuits presently operating on-orbit in space.

He has a BSEE and MSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA. Tony is also a member of the IEEE and IMAPS
