Semi Zabala - WIWA 2024

Donostia-San Sebastián – January 2024 Semi Zabala to participate in WIWA 2024 Workshop.

Semi Zabala has been invited to present a KeyNote speech at the International Workshop on Informatics With Applications WIWA 2024 organised this year at Tecnun, University of Navarra, Spain. Simon P. Wainwright, Semi Zabala CEO will discuss “Supply Chain Resilience of the European Semiconductor Industry in the face of International Challenges.”

Dr. Wainwright will discuss all aspects of the value chain from materials, through foundries, backend and test & qualification and how teach of these elements is affected by international competition. He will address how geopolitics affects the forging of the semiconductor industries in each major region in the context of the battle of the “chips acts”. Finishing he gives a real case study of a European Semiconductor company to demonstrate the results of these resilience efforts.
